National Apprenticeships Week 2026
SUEZ continues to champion opportunities for young people looking to build careers in STEM.
In January and February 2026, members of our site team hosted a stand at Apprenticeship Fairs at Suffolk New College and West Suffolk College as part of our search for three new apprentices.The events provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with students and their families, offering insight into the exciting and rewarding career pathways available within our industry. Our team, including two pf our current apprentices, engaged with a wide range of attendees, sharing their own experiences and highlighting the skills and development opportunities that apprenticeships at SUEZ can offer.
It was inspiring to see such enthusiasm and curiosity from the young people we met. We look forward to welcoming the next generation of talent into our workforce and continuing to support future STEM careers. The best news is that our search has been successful and, following an interview process, we have three young people joining us in September for a four-year engineering apprenticeship!
