Youth Climate Conference 2023
On Wednesday 5th July West Suffolk College held Suffolk’s first Youth Climate conference.
The day brought together green-minded students from across secondary schools in the county for discussions, workshops, and networking. The keynote speaker, BBC wildlife presenter Megan McCubbin, opened the day with an inspiring speech about becoming an ‘activist’ and promoting the environment. A team from the Suffolk EfW set up a stand on the Green Street talking about responsible waste management.
